It all started with a small company called Mectrade Engineering (Pte) Ltd, which was incorporated on the 24th of January 1975 by two ambitious entrepreneurs, Mr. Foo Tak Yi and late Mr. Foo Sack You. Core business activities at point of set up dealt mainly with Shipbuilding and Ship Repairs.
